We employ industry leaders in the design, engineering and manufacturing of our spacecraft and follow standards established by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), NASA, and the U.S. Coast Guard. Space Perspective’s team more broadly has been instrumental in the development of every U.S. human spacecraft for the past 40 years.
Sustainable by Design Instead of rockets, we use SpaceBalloons, (SpaceBalloons™) which are upcycled after each flight. All other components of Spaceship Neptune are designed to be re-flown. We work with Cool Effect and Evergreen on carbon offsets for our operations, and support climate research aboard our spacecraft and launch vessel, Marine Spaceport Voyager.
