There's always something going on at One Man Beach. If you're looking for excitement, and some fun in the sun, you'll do well at this spot. This beach attracts lots of visitors, but even with a cruise ship in port, it doesn't usually get overly crowded. It is a great place to relax, and take in the sunset. One Man Beach is located near Aqual Sol Theme Park, and is 3.5 miles from central Montego Bay.
Belvedere Beach is accessible via Gloucester Avenue, and is about 100 yards from downtown Montego Bay. There is a hotel located close to this beach, so many of the people there tend to be guests from that property. The beach itself is well maintained, and clean, and you'll be able to enjoy a peaceful beach day. Though there are no restrooms here, there are businesses and other amenities nearby that you may be able to take advantage of. Belvedere Beach is located 0.7 miles northwest of downtown Montego Bay.
Montego Bay is a traveler's dream, and Montego beach is no different. It is one of the busiest of the Montego Bay beaches and depending on when you go; it can be hard to find a spot on this popular beachfront. Travelers love the convenience of services including umbrella rentals, which can add comfort and shade on a sunny Caribbean day. The waters here are clear, warm and beautiful, and you'll wonder why you didn't go sooner! Montego Beach is located 1.4 miles north of downtown Montego Bay.
All you need to know about Aquasol Beach Park is that it is one of those spots in Montego Bay, that without even trying, fuses relaxation and fun by offering the perfect mix of island music, people and food. The vibe here is carefree and super laid back. Children love this beach as it is one of the main Montego Bay beaches that has a clear family-friendly appeal, and especially for the waterslides, go-karts, and other kid-oriented entertainment that can be experienced here. Other amenities on this property include a tennis court, sports bar, fitness center, skating rink, restaurant, hair dressing salon, and a go-cart track. Watersports are also available, and there is a lifeguard between 8am and 5 pm. Aquasol is located 0.5 miles northwest of Downtown Montego Bay.

Dump-up beach is one of three crescent shaped bays housing some of the best of the Montego Bay beaches. It is located downtown, and popular with both locals and visitors. Here you'll find crystal clear waters, sugary white sands and a buzz of excitement. Sometimes free concerts are staged on this beach, and at other times you'll find soccer matches in full swing. One thing's for sure, there's no short supply of activity here. If you're looking for an interactive beach experience that also allows you to take in the essence of Jamaican living, Dump-up is ideal.
Higher up on the list in terms of popularity is Cornwall beach with golden sands and clear blue seas. Cornwall has all of the elements you'll want in a describable Caribbean beach, including great snorkeling. If you're feeling especially adventurous, you'll be able to partake in a glass-bottom boat tour available from the dock. Cornwall beach is located just over one mile north-northwest of downtown. The one drawback to this beach is that it is now owned by a hotel chain, so you'll have to buy a day pass to indulge. This beach is not only beautiful, but it is usually very lively.
