Costa Rica Rainforest - 2/2/2026When Kendell asked if I was open to staying in the rainforest I was definitely unsure. I haven’t even camped in OK. 😂
The resort was amazing with hot springs and perfect location.
We did one full day of activities and it was amazing to see the rainforest, Arenal volcano 🌋 And the waterfall which was 500 steps down and 500 steps up!
Perfect weather with a raincoat! Would definitely go back.

A Lot of Disney World - 2/2/2026Disney World is a lot- a lot of fun, a lot of money, a lot of walking, a lot of sights to see, a lot of things to do. Just, a lot. The thing I appreciate the most though is that Disney has cornered the market on creating a lot of memories, and the Motte family did just that this week celebrating our golden birthday boy.

My family and I wanted to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Krystal Hall at Vincent Vacations!!! She planned an amazing trip to Aruba for us. Unfortunately, on our flight there on 1/3, the air space was shut down and we were stuck in Houston. Krystal spent 6+ hours on the phone on hold for us with the vacation company on her day off and ended up getting us out the next day, extended our stay and then got us home after the Airlines canceled our flights coming home as well. We will never not use Krystal for our future vacations. She is the best! I've never had a travel agent be so responsive! She worked all weekend for us and kept us updated with all of the info we needed. She is also very knowledgeable about travel and works very quickly. There should be another Star to give her a 6 Star rating.

- 1/29/2026I am a busy business professional with limited time to make plans outside of work. However, I jumped at the chance to attend a preseason football game in Chicago with my sister, who I don't get to see enough. Due to my demanding schedule, I could only fly in on a Saturday, stay for the game on Sunday, then fly home Monday morning. Since this was a last-minute invitation, I didn't have time to make travel arrangements of any sort, so I put my trust in Martha to make this weekend happen for us - AND SHE DID!!! From my flight to the hotel to all the necessities in between, she made this weekend PERFECT for my sister and I and we couldn't be more grateful! I had my favorite seat on my preferred airline, and we stayed in the perfect location to access Chicago's best. It was a great "sisters' weekend" and I owe everything to Martha for making these arrangements - AND for making everything so easy for us! To not have to search fares, book tickets, keep track of confirmations, etc. is worth its weight in gold!

Lisa booked an anniversary trip to Hawaii for my wife and I. She booked the resorts, flights (including flights between islands) and rental cars. Lisa gave us an itinerary and all the needed information with suggestions on what to do and where to eat. We stayed 5 days in Kaanapali at the Royal Lahaina Resort and Bungalows. The bungalow was next to the golf course and Pacific Ocean and had a lanai. It was surrounded by beautiful flower gardens and big blooming trees. Lisa did an excellent job picking this location. We were on the beautiful North Kaanapali Beach with other beaches close by. Lisa also booked us an amazing luau dinner. Maui is a beautiful island with plenty of activities. Lisa also booked 3 nights at Outrigger Kona Resort and Spa on the Big Island. This resort was amazing with 2 large swimming pools, one with a waterfall and one with a 2-story waterslide. Our suite was large with a living room, bedroom, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies with ocean views. The Big Island has Volcanoes National Park and beautiful waterfalls. This was our 25th anniversary trip. Thank you Lisa for planning the most amazing trip for us!

Solo Cabin 7 day Caribbean round-trip Miami - 1/4/2026Amanda did an exceptional job helping me plan my first solo cruise. Cancun Family Vacation - 1/3/2026Our family has talked about taking a Christmas vacation for YEARS. We never planned anything because it seemed so overwhelming deciding where to go and how to arrange flights so that everyone coming from different locations would arrive at our destination at approximately the same time. My friend has used Chastity Debro for several trips so we contacted Chas. We flooded her with questions about resorts and gave her information about the three separation locations from where different family members would be traveling. She took all our information and narrowed down choices for us based on what we told her we wanted in a resort. We chose Riu Kukulkan in Cancun and couldn’t have been happier! She arranged all three flights to arrive close together so we could share transportation to the resort. She also took care of booking our beach family photo, which had been a dream for us.
