Paris Anniversary Perfection - 1/23/2025Thank you for your hard work on our anniversary trip to Paris. It was absolutely fabulous in every way. It was a perfect balance of planned activities and free time to roam and explore. The hotel you recommended was so perfect. The location was ideal and I highly recommend it as well. You're right - buying tickets in advance for important activities is the only way to go - but also finding some amazing gems while roaming the streets - true perfection. Picking a favorite is so hard.

Italy was a Dream Trip - 1/23/2025It was so wonderful to have an Italian guide who shared so much history throughout! Not only did he talk about the historical sites, but we also learned about the farmland, lifestyles and so much more during our travel from city to city! In one day, we were able to see the Colosseum and the Vatican because of our private bus and the skip-the-line tours that were reserved for us. We could have never done that on our own. Lines were wrapped around every building and most of those sites limit how many people enter each day so tickets are difficult to get. We added days on before and after the tour. Jessica handled EVERY DETAIL (scheduled our hotels, train rides and provided transfers) which would have taken me days to research and plan out. She checked on us throughout our trip to make sure it was everything we had dreamed of. And it was!

I booked our first vacation for me and 9 family members with Chelsea to Jamaica for Christmas. I can truthfully say it was the best vacation ever!!
Prior to selecting the resort, she sent several options for us to consider. Once we made a decision, she took it from there. She did everything for us from making sure we had all information we needed in the trip app, setting up club Mobay which made getting through customs seamless as well as keeping in contact with me on forms needed for traveling to Jamaica.
Once our trip began, she checked in with me on each leg of the trip to see if there was anything that she could assist us with.
I am already working with Chelsea on our first cruise in March.
I not only consider Chelsea a great travel agent, but a friend!

Disneyworld - 1/19/2025We had a wonderful experience using Johnnie Herring at Vincent Vacations to book a cruise for us. She was able to find a cruise leaving from the location that we requested and in the time frame that we needed. Johnnie took care of every detail. Found us a great deal, so we were able to enjoy a balcony room. She stayed in touch with us to be sure we didn't miss any details. I usually book all my own trips. This was a much better experience and look forward to using Johnnie in the future.

I have nothing but kind words to say about Johnnie and our experience through Vincent Vacations. Johnnie communication is some of the best I’ve experienced with a travel agent. Whenever we had a question or concern not only did she answer promptly, but also was prepared with alternative options. The first flight on our first day of our trip was delayed by 6 hours, risking us missing our connection to Iceland. Johnnie was communicating with us the whole time and quickly found other options if our flight wasn’t going to take off. This is just one example of how well Johnnie helped us thought this trip. We had the services of Johnnie Herring who planned out Alaskan Cruise and land tour. She kept us informed throughout the process, this was our first cruise experience, and she walked us through our options. Her attention to detail was impeccable. She cheerfully welcomed my many questions and dutifully made sure everything was as we expected. One example of her attention to detail occurred on our flight back home. She apparently kept up with our travels and observed we would miss a connecting flight in Dallas. I received an email notifying me of this when we landed in Seattle and she advised us to get a different connecting flight to meet our needs. Destination Wedding Bride - 1/17/2025I loved working with Heather, she was so responsive, gave me so many options, but not too many I had paralysis by analysis. I think she sent me 5 to start with and I refined what I was looking for in a destination and she would give me three more options in that vein, I tweak something again and she’d give me a few more toppings. She was also able to share if she had personally been to the locations, knew people who had been there through her work, or had personal friends go there. Some she was even traveling to in the coming weeks. I felt very safe with Heather because didn’t get a sales vibe, she seemed like an authentic human just trying to help me out and I super appreciated that.
She handled all the bookings for our guests. It ended up being a smaller party, just the nature of an adults only resort and a destination, so I think we invited around 100-80 and we had like 40 book or something around that. Heather created a website so we can send people to that link ( we made a QR code for our invitations and also had it to text folks). She priced out different room options, made sure transportation to and from hotel was covered for everyone, and handled all the engagement with the hotel…so we didn’t lose any money if we didn’t have a certain amount of rooms booked in time.
She handled literally everything to include we had a friend that was a new mom and was going to stay at a near by property and she handled all of that coordination from day passes, access to our resort, pricing with the other place…all the communication with the friend…she was great!
Heather followed up while we were there to check in to see how things were going but it wasn’t overbearing in the slightest. She some how balanced being caring and available if we needed anything but didn’t hit me up every day so I actually got to enjoy the time at the resort and with our guests.
Overall, I would recommend Heather. She got me in contact with the people I needed to at the resort, she handled all the bookings with the guests and we didn’t have a single issue, she was knowledgeable about the various options when it came to resorts, and she was just an awesome person…super easy to talk to, very communicative and responsive. She made the whole thing so easy for us and I loved it!

Gretchen was amazing to work with. I told her what I was looking for and she found it! She was very prompt in answering any questions I had (even the dumb ones). “Wow, wow, WOW. I have no words for how wonderful our family-of-six trip to Italy was over the Holidays. The thing is, I could have planned a few apartments/airline tickets/etc on my own without realizing all that we were missing. Instead, I decided that I wanted to go all in on this Christmas present to my kids and hired Chelsea to take care of the foot work-- AND SHE DID. This trip was so much more than I could have ever thought it could be. My kids learned about history, participated in cooking classes, and dined at phenomenal restaurants. I didn't have to worry about tickets, reservations, transfers, baggage storage... we literally just showed up where we needed to show up. Stephanie was AMAZING and our family highly recommends her! We had family coordinating from 3 states for a Paris trip and she took care of everything we could have needed and more. The airlines threw a few hiccups at us but Stephanie was right there, keeping us updated and getting things handled and coordinated so that our vacation was everything we imagined and so much more. The Citadines in Paris was simple but nice and frankly most of the time is spent OUT of the room so simple was just right.

Found the perfect hotel for us! - 12/13/2024Kacee was so helpful with helping me prepare for my NYC trip. She found the perfect hotel that was close to all the sites and got us a nonstop flight which helped ease my anxiety. I don’t like layovers. I loved that I could make payments until closer to the travel date. I was able to budget better and prepare for other expenses. Kacee was also very helpful sending me information on things to do in NYC so I could plan an itinerary. I will definitely be booking with her for my next adventure!

Heather made planning our honeymoon so easy.
