We had a great time, and enjoyed seeing all the port locations, as well as the giant ship. The kids loved all the swimming and activities on the ship. We'd like to specially thank you for the information on the shore excursions. We were pleasantly surprised by how well they were done, and were not expecting two of them to be private tours of the islands. We assumed we'd be on a big tour bus! Cozumel was exceptionally nice, and we could have spent days just snorkeling!

Alisa was fantastic to work with for planning such a big trip! She spent countless hours finding us the perfect cruise after we came to her a bit late in the game (by Alaska planning standards). She answered every question we had and even stayed up late on a Friday night looking for alt flight options due to our flight into Vancouver being delayed. Luckily, we were able to stick with our original flight but it was so nice to know we were in good hands with a planner who truly wanted to make sure our trip went as smoothly as possible. We had never been to Hawaii and wanted someone experienced to make sure it was everything we were hoping for and Alena delivered. Johnnie Herring was our travel agent for our recent 55th Anniversary Hawaiian Cruise for our family of nine people. We just returned from this trip of a lifetime. Johnnie was recommended by a friend of mine who uses her services.
It was a very involved booking with multiple ages, a military family, last minute reservation changes and travel from different locations. It required many communications with her over dates, times, shore excursion bookings and travel options as well as many questions from us to her about various things. Johnnie was always quick to respond, knowledgeable and so helpful! She resolved so many questions and issues for us and was always so willing to help in every way. She was such a valuable resource with ideas to help us keep costs down as much as possible without sacrificing anything that we wanted to do. She has been a wonderful blessing for us all! Let me share with you all my experience with booking our summer vacation through Gretchen - Called Gretchen to help me brainstorm. I said I want to go somewhere warm, and this year we want to drive. I suggest a cruise and she advised that wouldn't be a good idea for what I had in mind. I gave her my budget and left it in her hands. A few days later, she sent me three options. I told her which beach front condo of the options she sent that I wanted to book and that was it. She filled everything out for me, handled all of the payments, and the best part was when we got there I didn't have to deal with property management AT ALL. I never spoke to them even ONCE.
We didn't have to worry about anything. We got there significantly early, told Gretchen if we could get early access let us know, but if not no biggie. We went to the beach to play. 45 minutes later Gretchen texts me the entry code, cleaners are gone and the place is ours for the week!!
We didn't really need a lot of assistance but I appreciated that she made is VERY clear through texts and emails the day of arrival to absolutely never hesitate to reach out if we needed anything, providing wonderful peace of mind!
She is well traveled herself and knowledgeable about lots destinations. She will be honest with you if she thinks it isn't a good fit for you / your family.

Our family has talked about taking a Christmas vacation for YEARS. We never planned anything because it seemed so overwhelming deciding where to go and how to arrange flights so that everyone coming from different locations would arrive at our destination at approximately the same time. My friend has used Chastity Debro for several trips so we contacted Chas. We flooded her with questions about resorts and gave her information about the three separation locations from where different family members would be traveling. She took all our information and narrowed down choices for us based on what we told her we wanted in a resort. We chose Riu Kukulkan in Cancun and couldn’t have been happier! She arranged all three flights to arrive close together so we could share transportation to the resort. She also took care of booking our beach family photo, which had been a dream for us. We absolutely loved working with Kat! I sent her a request with a request for a family trip with teenagers and grade school kids. When she sent us a few options we decided planet Hollywood was the best mix of activities that suit us all, without being a massive resort. She was amazing with communication and made sure we had everything we needed including making sure our flights weren’t affected by the government shutdown. Our transportation to and from the airport was smooth and easy to navigate.
The Planet Hollywood resort was everything we wanted and more. I was worried after reading sketchy reviews but found that those were so far from the truth. The resort is beautiful, the beach is stunning, and the food was nothing short of fantastic everywhere we went. (Especially for all inclusive) the staff were all exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and eager to help us with anything we needed. I could not have asked for a better vacation for our family.

Debbie was absolutely great to work with! 🌟 I told her I wanted to go somewhere all-inclusive that was nice, had good food, plenty to do, and would be a fun place for my family — including my three adult children. 👨👩👧👦 She narrowed it down to three perfect choices, and we ended up choosing Hard Rock Cancun. 🎸🌴 Debbie told me she would never send me anywhere she wouldn’t go herself, and I really appreciated that level of honesty.
She also helped me secure a great set of adjoining rooms. 🔑 I wanted my kids to have their own space but still be connected to us, and it worked out perfectly. We had fantastic views and the setup was ideal for a family. 🌅🛏️

We just got back from our 6 day trip to Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana.
Debbie helped us to plan everything and she was outstanding! She was always available for every question or adjustment we needed even after the booking was confirmed. She suggested that we upgrade and book “preferred” and we are so glad that we did. With our preferred status, we had a personal butler. He was wonderful.
If Debbie didn’t have an immediate answer, she did all she could to research and found out all she could for us. She helped us to meet all of our wants and made sure that we stayed within our budget.
Debbie is so personal, outgoing and kind. At the end of all of the planning, I felt as though she truly cares for all of my family that attended the wonderful vacay.

I contacted Debbie asking for her help and recommendations for a family trip to the Dominican Republic. We were a group of 12, traveling with our adult children and our 6 grandchildren ages 2 to 10. Debbie was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and super pleasant to work with. She helped us book accommodations, airfare, and private land transportation. She was able to research and secure the best configuration of rooms to accommodate our large family and worked within our budget.
Leading up to the trip, Debbie was always available either by text or phone to answer, and promptly respond to all our questions, concerns, and requests, (which were many), and never made us feel like anything was unreasonable. She was an excellent communicator and intermediary between us and the resort. Debbie also checked in with us during our trip and when we got home to make sure everything went smoothly, and her genuine kindness and interest in our family was evident.
Debbie has been a delight to work with, and I would highly recommend her for planning assistance for all travel needs. My husband and I will definitely use her services again, and I feel like I have made a new friend in the process!
