Over the past year, we’ve introduced several online enhancements on the Disney Travel website that better support the user experience. These capabilities make it easier than ever to access and modify Walt Disney World Resort reservations and packages for your Clients online.  

While we continue to look for ways to improve the online experience, the newest enhancements for Walt Disney World Resort include:

• Walt Disney World Resort packages can be modified online within 30 days of arrival, including changing the offer, resort, room type, ticket type and, in some cases, the travel dates or party mix.
• Packages can also be canceled online within 30 days of arrival, even if the reservation was booked over the phone.
• Travel Protection Plans can be added online outside of the initial booking flow for Clients with arrivals > 30 days and who have not paid past their deposit. 
• Whether your Clients are celebrating a birthday or anniversary during their visit, you can add Celebration information to an existing reservation. 
• You may have noticed a refreshed look and feel when retrieving Walt Disney World reservations online. You will continue to use this page to modify, make payments and print or save copies for you and your Client.
• New! We are excited to announce that you can change travel dates and/or party mix on reservation packages that contain Memory Maker. Modifications must be made at least one day prior to arrival. 
• New! Memory Maker can now be added to a package reservation at any time up to 3 days before travel, shortening the previous window of 30 days prior to arrival. For Clients interested in utilizing Memory Maker, we encourage adding this offering during the initial booking process. 

As part of our commitment to providing more online enhancements, we expect to launch additional improvements for the Disneyland Resort soon, in addition to the Disneyland online cancel functionality we introduced last year. 

We encourage you to retrieve your Client’s reservations on the Disney Travel website to determine if it is eligible for online modifications prior to calling. Travel Professionals can also contact us for issues regarding a reservation and selecting ‘Reservations: Report a Technical Issue Booking or Modifying Online’ from the dropdown menu. Please include your Client’s reservation number, if applicable.
