As part of ongoing enhancements to the Disney Travel website, we continue to introduce new functionalities that improve the user experience and provide more flexibility across our destinations.
We’re excited to announce new online enhancements that are now available for Disney Cruise Line:
Pre-paid Gratuities
Pre-paid gratuities are now available online for existing Disney Cruise Line reservations. This functionality is available up to 3 days prior to sailing. As a reminder, stateroom gratuities are charged for each guest in the room. All pre-paid gratuities are refundable.
Please note that Guests on a Travel Agent reservation will not be able to modify pre-paid gratuities.
Special Requests Onboard
To better support our guests who may require certain accommodations during their cruise, the Special Requests page now offers additional options for your clients while onboard.
Travel professionals can complete these requests online on behalf of their clients, including dietary preferences, celebrations, table requests at our main dining rooms, or requests for certain child amenities. Guests on a Travel Agent reservation can also make these requests by visiting the Disney Cruise Line website.
Please note that the full list of available amenities is unique to each ship. All special requests must be completed three days prior to sailing.
