Casa de Juárez
Museum In 1818 Antonio Salanueva lived here. This colonial structure was restored and converted into a small historical museum in 1974. The rooms contain artifacts and furniture, and the bookbinding shop includes presses and tools. You will also see documents from the Independence War.

Contemporary Art Museum
This structure dates from the latter part of the 17th century and early 18th century. Some of the important features of the house are masonry works on the façade. The doorway has triple portals. The stairway has the only roof that differs from the ret of the house.

Virgen de la Soledad basilica
Contraction began in 1617 and was complete in 1689. It is an elegant temple with an extravagant stone portal in the shape of a folding screen, richly carved in various stones. The architectonic layout of the temple is in the shape of a Latin cross.

Monte Albán
Located in the middle of the Great Square, the Monte Alban has a large staircase, two tombs, and a temple in the upper section, two chambers and two columns at the entrance. There are 13 chambers around a central courtyard on the upper level.

Fountain of the Seven Regions
The fountain was built in the middle of the 20th century. The folkloric design is a series of female dancing sculptures representing the seven regions of the State. The music and dance symbolize the people and their offerings to ancient gods.
