You will feel like a star by the end of your vacation.
For concierge guests traveling to any of our seven Sandals Resorts in Jamaica the VIP experience will include exclusive amenities, services and activities to further enhance your Luxury Included® vacation. Upon arrival you will be greeted with a refreshing cold towel and met by a friendly Club Sandals concierge who will privately check you in at the Club Sandals lounge area where you will receive a tropical signature cocktail and some tasty Caribbean treats. Your concierge will then personally escort you to your suite where you will receive an in room orientation. Throughout your stay dedicated Club Sandals Concierges will be on hand to provide you with personalized service that can truly make a difference while you’re on vacation such as, tour arrangements, spa and dinner reservations, and even arranging exclusive Club Sandals activities like wine tastings and martini evenings.
As part of the Club Sandals luxury experience you will be treated to an array of new benefits including: a ‘Club Sandals’ room key to identify your exclusive status, room service from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.; lavish robes for lounging in suites; and in-room beverages restocked daily, ranging from liquor, wine and beer to juice and water. . Plus you will have access to the private Club Sandals lounge area which is open 24 hours and has staff available to you from 8:00 a.m. – 10: 00 p.m. This exclusive lounge features complimentary Wi-Fi, Kindles that are preloaded with the most recent best sellers, docked iPad’s with resort information and so much more!
