Crystal Society Membership Privileges
You automatically become a member of Crystal Society when you complete your first full-revenue Crystal cruise of 7 days or longer. There is no cost or age requirement and your membership is permanent. Soon after you return home from your first cruise with Crystal, you will receive a membership package that includes your Crystal Society membership card and number.

Complimentary Shuttle Service

Crystal Cruises is pleased to provide complimentary shuttle service in ports of call where the town or city center is beyond a reasonable walking distance from the ship’s pier. The shuttle schedule is announced in the onboard daily newsletter Reflections.

The company’s high service standards are maintained through a significant investment in staff recruiting and training, and a genuine commitment to staff’s well-being. At just 9%, the line boasts the industry’s lowest turnover rate and one that is virtually unheard of in most luxury hotels and resorts.

The European-trained staff hail from more than 40 nations and are selected based on their winning and friendly personalities as well as their expertise in providing Six-Star service.

Through an intensive training program, the ladies and gentlemen of Crystal Cruises are taught to implement the Six-Star Crystal Basics, a multi-point credo that addresses attitude, communication, competence, style, safety/environment and execution. Staff members address guests by name from the time they are introduced and quickly identify and focus on their personal preferences. The fine points remembered by staff members include such details as how guests take their coffee to what their favorite cookies are, where they like to sit in which restaurant, what type of wines they prefer, what amenities are most used and which are not, and exactly how they like their blankets and pillows arranged.

Guests with any disability, including those primarily confined to wheelchairs or scooters, are medically oxygen dependent, are hearing impaired or use service animals, must notify Crystal Cruises at the time of booking as they may be required to submit forms for Release and Indemnity directly to Onboard Guest Services prior to sailing.

Guests must bring their own wheelchair, electrically powered wheelchair or electric scooter that does not exceed 22" wide.

Release and Indemnity forms are required and must be submitted to Onboard Guest Services at least two (2) weeks prior to sailing.

Please note: Crystal Cruises reserves the right to limit the number of electric scooters on board. Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity were designed to be accessible for the physically challenged, with ramp access to most decks and public areas.

Ships’ elevators can accommodate most wheelchairs, power wheelchairs or motorized scooters that do not exceed 22" wide, allowing access to all public decks. It is strongly recommended that the guest be accompanied by a traveling companion for better access to all areas on and around both Crystal ships, as well as ashore.

Certain staterooms offer extra-wide doors, fully wheelchair-accessible bathrooms and wheelchair-accessible closets with low-fitted hanging rods. Some suites offer limited wheelchair access to personal facilities. Staterooms and suites designated for guests with disabilities are subject to availability and must be reserved prior to boarding the ship.

As some ports of call are anchorage ports and others may be challenging, physical conditions may preclude guests requiring wheelchairs or scooters from going ashore. This decision is made at the discretion of the ship’s Captain or doctor, and is binding. The onboard Shore Excursions staff are able to assist with recommendations on which Crystal Adventures tours, if any, are best suited for physically challenged guests. Additional conditions may apply and should be discussed in detail with Onboard Guest Services at time of booking.

Crystal Cruises is always ranked with the best five-star hotels in the world. However, for the corporate meeting planner, the value of taking your meeting to the sea is Crystal clear. Included in the price of a Crystal cruise is a wide range of amenities that always significantly increase the cost of choosing a land-based resort--such as meals, entertainment, meeting rooms and audio-visual equipment.

The Group Services Department will assist in the areas of guest reservations, name changes, rooming lists, room assignments and payment submissions. Cruise documents will be handled and coordinated through the Group Services Coordinator (GSC). The GSC will contact you one week prior to the second payment due date to review your payment schedule. Cocktail party packages are available.

UMI UMA & SUSHI BAR
Known simply as "Nobu" the world over, master chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa brings his inventive Japanese-Peruvian cuisine to Umi Uma. Dine with our compliments at the only sea–going restaurants in the legendary chef’s eponymous empire.

PREGO
Tableside service and menus of authentic Northern Italian fare are savored at this specialty venue showcasing modern and classic takes on favorites, from carbonara to tiramisu and everything in between.

SILK KITCHEN & BAR
Surrounded by enchanting views of sea and shore, savor Chinese-inspired al fresco dining on deck, with open seating for breakfast and lunch, and reservations recommended for dinner.

PALM COURT
With its enviable forward location, sunshine pours through the floor-to-ceiling window walls at this popular spot known for its Mozart-themed Afternoon Tea and evening cocktails and dancing.

THE VINTAGE ROOM
Created for the true oenophile, optional, one-of-a-kind wine dinners feature some of the rarest vintages in the world; such as a nearly impossible-to-get 1959 Chateau Lafite-Rothschild and a 1996 Screaming Eagle from Napa Valley.

THE BISTRO
Rich pâtés, charcuterie and international cheeses. Exotic coffees and freshly baked desserts. All served complimentary throughout the day. With hours late into the evening, this popular spot serves savory small plates and wines by the glass, too.

TRIDENT GRILL
Poolside al fresco fare includes delicious burgers, pizzas, wraps and salads plus our popular Late-Risers Breakfast from 10:00 am - 11:00 am for those who wish to luxuriously sleep in.
