A Beaches Turks and Caicos vacation may arguably be the best experience you and your family will ever have but add in an acoustic concert on the beach with your favorite country artists and you’ve just described Beaches’ latest LIV+ event!
LIV+ Events is a new Sandals and Beaches program that offers vacationers unique limited-edition events centered on six distinct areas: music, culture, sports, culinary, voluntourism, and social interests. Sandals Resorts International and CMT After Midnite with Cody Alan recently teamed up to host the first ever Story Behind The Songs series featuring live concerts with top country music artists Lee Brice, Jerrod Niemann and Dylan Scott.
This incredible experience started off on Saturday, September 24th with a silent auction that benefited the Sandals Foundation along with an acoustic concert by Dylan Scott where he opened up about his most intimate songs and dedicated his performance to his high school sweetheart who recently became his wife! Sunday continued with a once in a lifetime “A Little More Love” reception hosted by the Sandals Foundation. A choir from a local Turks and Caicos high school that Sandals Foundation sponsors was brought in to perform for the artists. Later, VIP LIV+ holders were given the rare opportunity to meet the artists on the red carpet.
Throughout the final concert performance, the bond between Lee Brice and Jerrod Niemann on stage was apparent, giving all of us in the audinece friendship goals! These two artists were funny and candid about their life experiences and the impact each moment had on their hit songs. Their acoustic songs mixed with an organic interaction with the audience made for an incredible atmosphere making this Story Behind The Songs concert a very special expereince for every music lover in the house! As if this wasn't enough, Beaches Turks and Caicos closed out the night with the ultimate after party! Dee Jay Silver’s amazing music mix and Dylan Scotts’ moves kept Beaches Turks and Caicos’ Club Liquid dancing! Lee Brice and Jerrod Niemann were no strangers to a good time. They gathered with their fans as if they were part of the family, taking pictures and dancing with them.
Monday concluded the weekend with 14 radio stations broadcasting live from Turks and Caicos where radio DJs interviewed the artists. These country music idols spoke about their experience at the beautiful Beaches Turks and Caicos resort and highlighted their most memorable moments. CMT’s Cody Alan had an exclusive interview with each artist that you can watch online!
