Plan An Enchanting Disney World Vacation...

If you’re spending your days dreaming of something magical, something unforgettable, something out of a movie, I have two words for you: Disney World!  For many, a trip to Disney World is a dream come true, and one that can be experienced and appreciated by all ages.  However, for many, a trip to the “Happiest Place on Earth” can seem overwhelming, with the tickets, hotels, and endless opportunities for adventure.  But, fear not!  I am here to be a resource for you as we plan YOUR perfect Disney World vacation.  As your travel agent, my services come at no cost to you and are worth more than you know, especially if you're a first time visitor.  Let me walk you through just some of the fun we'll have together while planning this trip.

Create a Budget:

Creating a budget is probably the most essential part of a successful Disney World vacation. Disney offers various ticket options, accommodation choices, dining plans, and add-on experiences. Determine what fits best for your party and let me do the rest.  You’ll also want to keep in mind how your budget will be affected not just leading up to the trip, but also once you arrive.  Souvenirs, transportation, meals, etc.  Keeping track of your expenses will help you plan and avoid any unexpected surprises.

Determine the Best Time to Visit:

Timing is everything when planning a trip to Disney World. Are you interested in participating in one of the special events offered throughout the year?  Marathon, Festivals, Holiday Parties?  Are you looking for shorter lines and milder weather?  While peak seasons (school holidays) are often most popular if you have kids, these dates can attract larger crowds and fall in some of the warmest months of the year.  You might consider visiting during less busy periods; experiencing shorter wait times and milder temperatures.

Accommodations:

Just looking for a place to rest your head after a long park day?  Or maybe you’re celebrating something special and want to splurge on a luxury villa.  Disney World offers a wide range of accommodations for every budget and preference.  Whether a value, moderate, or deluxe resort is right for you, staying at a Disney hotel can provide benefits like complimentary transportation, extra Magic Hours, and the enchantment of being immersed in the Disney magic throughout your stay. You should consider your party size, preferred amenities, and proximity to the parks when selecting your accommodations.

Plan Your Park Days:

With each of the four main theme parks offering a unique experience—Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom—planning your time wisely is a crucial part of your trip.  Park hours, Genie, Rope Drop, Early Entry, Virtual Queues, Dining Reservations.  These are all items to consider when creating your ideal itinerary.  Ride priorities, shows, meet and greets…as a benefit of working with me as your travel agent, I will guide you through maximizing your time and getting the most out of this experience.

I find dining at Disney World to be one of the most overwhelming experiences, for the simple fact that there is so much good stuff to choose from.  After each trip, my family leaves with the same takeaway…we still didn’t get to eat everything we wanted.  Whether you’re looking for casual dining, fine dining or an unforgettable character dining experience (don’t be fooled into thinking those are just for the kids), Disney World offers it all.  Advance dining reservations are available for many restaurants and for everything else, there’s the convenience of mobile ordering.   

Beyond the Parks:

3 unforgettable parks.  What more could there be?  Well, there’s Disney Springs.  Here you will find restaurants, shopping, entertainment and more.  Feeling a little overheated and looking to cool off?  How about visiting one of Disney World’s two water parks, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon.  Maybe you’re just looking to close out the day with a relaxing evening at your resort.  Great idea.  At many of the resorts you will find activities, movie nights, pool fun and more.

Are you the one that’s never in the pictures because you’re always taking them?  Fear not!  Disney World offers the Memory Maker, a photo package that includes unlimited digital downloads of photos taken by Disney World cast members at numerous locations throughout all parks, as well as ride photos that you’ll laugh about for years to come.
