At Beaches® Resorts, we offer tweens, teens and parents alike the opportunity to “release their inner DJ” with our exclusive Scratch DJ® Academy.
Whether you’re looking to explore a new craft, perform for an audience or bond with the family, our world famous Scratch DJ Academy gives families an exclusive sneak peek into the world of a DJ. On your next luxury all-inclusive Beaches vacation, you can learn how to mix, blend and scratch on vinyl records, CD’s and even your IPod, and because at Beaches Resorts we always want to give you MORE, as part of this exclusive program, there are a variety of different packages you can purchase that will let you step into the world of music masters.
Learn how to mix and blend with our 40 minute Mixing Session which includes a dog tag and certificate. Style and flair can be added to the music set by learning the art form of our 40 minute Scratching Session which also includes a dog tag and certificate. Even parents can be deemed as “cool” with our 60 minute Family Combo jam session, where everyone will learn what it takes to be a DJ. If kids are really looking to be creative, we even offer a Spin Art Session where they can paint their own musical designs on to vinyl records as they spin, mix and scratch. This also makes for a fun souvenir of their time spent at Beaches.
