Family vacation to Dreams Natura Mexico - 4/1/2024We recently got home from a wonderful vacation that Travel by Chas with Vincent Vacations booked for us. We went to Cancun, Mexico. She got us 2 really fun excursions. One to an island by boat, and another to Xplor park where we swam in a cave and zip lined. Our resort was amazing. She did all the work to find a good one that fit our needs. The process was so very easy for me thanks to Chas! She sent me an app to download and it had everything I needed to know. Thank you for making our vacation so fun and easy! Highly recommend her service and expertise.

Riviera Maya, Mexico - 3/27/2024We used Jenna for my birthday getaway to Dreams Riviera All Inclusive Resort in Cancun in January.. 10/10 recommend! The trip started with our flight being cancelled due to bad weather (definitely get the trip insurance!). I let Jenna know and she was ON IT. I have terrible anxiety but it helped to know she was on my side and getting things squared away. We ended up getting on a flight that landed 30 minutes after our original one! She made sure to let the airport transportation service in Cancun know and the rest of our vacation went incredibly smooth! The resort was beautiful. Our room had an amazing view, the food was delish, and they had live music and fun shows each night. Once we got home we had to get refunds squared away and again, Jenna was on it. She checked in often and she answered all my questions promptly. We're already planning our 10 year anniversary trip with her!
