We just got back from our Mediterranean Cruise that Liz planned for us. Everything was lined out before we ever left for our trip! I saw a cruise on TV, I wanted to look into it and go on it. Liz found the ship and booked me onboard the Royal Clipper. It is 5 masted ship the largest 5 masted ship on the high seas. She arranged the cruise and coordinated all the transfers from the airport to the hotel and then to the ship and back. I spent 14 nights onboard and had the best time. The cruise started in Venice, we went to Croatia, Montenegro, Sicily and a few other ports of call to name a few, it ended in Rome. Because of Lizs thorough planning and care my trip was awesome. So awesome that I'm planning another cruise on the star clippers line with her next summer! I highly recommend Liz Enslow for all your travel needs.

CNA Fest 2024 - NAHCA Organization Conference Cruise - 3/18/2025Liz handled our annual conference like a pro. Conference Group Cruise Success! - 3/18/2025Went on a cruise from Galveston, Texas to Cozemel Mexico with NAHCA and Liz did an awesome job! Everything was planned out carefully and no detail was missed. There were so many of us on this conference and Liz was there every step of the way. I was nervous at first but didn't take long for me to relax and know everything was taken care of. If I had questions it didn't take long for Liz to respond with answers. We even had a handbook with all our details for our cruise/ conference.

She kept us informed throughout the process, this was our first cruise experience, and she walked us through our options. Her attention to detail was impeccable. She cheerfully welcomed my many questions and dutifully made sure everything was as we expected. One example of her attention to detail occurred on our flight back home. She apparently kept up with our travels and observed we would miss a connecting flight in Dallas. I received an email notifying me of this when we landed in Seattle and she advised us to get a different connecting flight to meet our needs. Gretchen was amazing to work with. I told her what I was looking for and she found it! She was very prompt in answering any questions I had (even the dumb ones). My family and I went on an cruise that Anne set up for us. From the plane tickets, transport from airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the port terminal, the cruise itself and the trip home. Everything went smooth for us. I wasn't sure on a couple of things, but I shouldn't of because we had no problems at all. We enjoyed our trip and time together because it was all taken care of. Just too many things to take care, so it was great that it was all handled for us. We will use Anne again.
