European Adventure - 9/10/2024Willis Family | Traveled to Sicily, Italy then Nice & Paris, France in 2024 "Ashley did a great job planning our first European vacation as a family of 4. I was busy at work, and we made plans to celebrate a family member's milestone birthday in Sicily. We gave Ashley a suggested itinerary, and she ran with it, and improved upon it. The hotels, flights, transfers, etc. were all flawless. We recommend Ashley to everyone we know with travel plans, and we can't wait to work with her again!"

Johnnie was understanding, helpful, and very professional about handling the pre-river cruise. I don’t think I would have made the Europe Rail connections without her assistance in arranging the train ride between Basel, Paris, and Amsterdam. The trip itself was not what we expected due to some travel issues. However, Amanda was great in helping me plan it and helping us when we got stuck. She was quick to respond to my messages and went above and beyond in trying to get us rebooked. Even though we didn't make it to our intended destination we had a great time.

Best Travel Agency! Best Europe Trip! - 12/8/2022Vincent Vacations is the best travel agency you can find. Lia Vincent has been planning our vacations for over ten years. I can't tell you how many times she has gone the extra mile to help my husband and me. One time we were headed to Europe. All flights were cancelled. Lia got on the phone and when a flight on a different airline opened up she got us booked. Lia even checked in us to make sure we made it. In Europe she researched and researched to find us perfect accommodations and restaurants. She and her staff learn about your likes and plans the perfect vacation. I don't know when she sleeps. Alena made the process and planning and preparation for our European trip so easy and amazing. Alena went above and beyond. She obtained tickets to a sold out concert in London. Best Europe Trip (Spain, France, and Germany)! - 10/27/2022My husband and I worked with Alena for our first trip to Europe (Spain, France, and Germany) and she was absolutely incredible! Everything she booked was great and she worked hard to stay within our budget while also booking our stays in places that were beautiful, clean, and in the middle of everything. She was extremely responsive any time we had questions, and when we had an issue getting overcharged at one of the hotels due to a hotel systems issue, she was diligent in getting it resolved. We truly could not recommend Alena any more and look forward to working with her again!

My husband and I just got back from our trip and we had the best time!! We originally booked a trip to Prague for the Christmas Markets there but the Christmas Markets were cancelled, due to Covid, just a few days before we were supposed to leave. We were so unsure about what to do but Haley gave us advice and helped us select another destination that was not experiencing any closures. We ended up going to Paris instead and it was so fun and we are so glad we still got to go on our European vacation!
