I have nothing but kind words to say about Johnnie and our experience through Vincent Vacations. Johnnie communication is some of the best I’ve experienced with a travel agent. Whenever we had a question or concern not only did she answer promptly, but also was prepared with alternative options. The first flight on our first day of our trip was delayed by 6 hours, risking us missing our connection to Iceland. Johnnie was communicating with us the whole time and quickly found other options if our flight wasn’t going to take off. This is just one example of how well Johnnie helped us thought this trip. If you are looking for a travel agent you MUST go with Johnnie!

Iceland Group Trip - 12/4/2022Our group just returned from a Wonderful trip to Iceland. Haley made all our arrangements, connections, and suggested several tours which we thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel she booked us was in the center of the capital and the concierge was like a second on site tour guide. All our transfers were taken care of and our hotel was within walking distance to amazing restaurants and other historical sites. The beauty of Iceland even in the winter time is spectacular. As one person said “ It is like we are in the screen saver. Thanks Haley for taking care of everything. If you have not put Iceland on your bucket list, you definitely need to contact Haley and Vincent Vacations. We are ready to go back this summer.
