• Split: Explore above and below the Roman Emperor Diocletian's palace. A Local Expert guides you through labyrinthine streets to see St. Duje's, the Golden Gate and the Cellars.
• Hvar: Explore Hvar on a guided walk through its Old Town, where elegant Venetian architecture lines the streets. Visit the Renaissance cathedral with its distinctive bell tower and stroll across the main square. Climb to the 16th-century Spanjola Fortress for panoramic views over the terracotta rooftops, the harbor and the forested Pakleni Islands scattered across the Adriatic.
• Mljet National Park: Cross the larger of Mljet’s saltwater lakes by boat to reach St. Mary Isle. Visit the 12th-century Benedictine monastery that stands at its center, once a spiritual retreat for monks and now a national heritage site. Discover how its isolated position once served both religious contemplation and maritime navigation along the Adriatic trade routes.
• Dubrovnik: Discover Dubrovnik’s Old Town with a guided tour through its fortified center. Walk past Onofrio’s Fountain and the 14th-century Franciscan Monastery, home to a working pharmacy since 1317. Learn how the city’s urban layout was rebuilt after the 1667 earthquake and how defensive walls protected this merchant republic for centuries.
• Dubrovnik: Ride the cable car to the summit of Srd Mountain for scenic views over the famous fortifications and Elaphiti Islands.

Hear how this small Adriatic island served as a key outpost for the Venetian Republic and trace its development from a Greek settlement into one of Dalmatia’s best-preserved medieval towns. 

• Hvar: Sample Hvar’s signature varietals at a family-run winery tucked within the old town. Taste crisp whites and bold Plavac Mali reds as you learn how centuries of tradition and the island’s unique microclimate shape each wine.
