• Certification Testing: Agents must pass tests after completing the modules to earn their certification, ensuring they have a solid understanding of the material.

ALG Vacations offers a comprehensive travel agent certification program called ALGVPro to help travel advisors enhance their skills and knowledge in selling ALGV brands. Here are the key benefits and details of the program:

ALGVPro Certification

• The initial ALGVPro Certification path consists of five interactive and easy-to-digest modules covering ALGV brands, VAX booking skills, policies, rewards, marketing tools, and group bookings.
• Completing the Certification modules earns travel advisors up to three continuing education unit (CEU) credits from The Travel Institute.

Elective Modules

• Agents can complete an additional five Elective modules to earn two more CEU credits.
• The Elective modules provide further training on topics designed to help advisors succeed in today's competitive leisure travel market.

Quarterly Incentives

• ALGVPro offers quarterly incentives for working through a new module, including drawings for hotel stays, Exclusive Nonstop Vacation Flight seats, and United Airlines amenity vouchers.

Discounted Agent Vacations

• As part of the Discounted Agent Vacation (DAV) program, ALGVPro agents can book one reduced-rate air seat on any ENVF 30-60 days in advance at the 30- to 0-day fare.
