I loved working with Heather, she was so responsive, gave me so many options, but not too many I had paralysis by analysis. I think she sent me 5 to start with and I refined what I was looking for in a destination and she would give me three more options in that vein, I tweak something again and she’d give me a few more toppings. She was also able to share if she had personally been to the locations, knew people who had been there through her work, or had personal friends go there. Some she was even traveling to in the coming weeks. I felt very safe with Heather because didn’t get a sales vibe, she seemed like an authentic human just trying to help me out and I super appreciated that.

She handled all the bookings for our guests. It ended up being a smaller party, just the nature of an adults only resort and a destination, so I think we invited around 100-80 and we had like 40 book or something around that. Heather created a website so we can send people to that link ( we made a QR code for our invitations and also had it to text folks). She priced out different room options, made sure transportation to and from hotel was covered for everyone, and handled all the engagement with the hotel…so we didn’t lose any money if we didn’t have a certain amount of rooms booked in time.

She handled literally everything to include we had a friend that was a new mom and was going to stay at a near by property and she handled all of that coordination from day passes, access to our resort, pricing with the other place…all the communication with the friend…she was great!

Heather followed up while we were there to check in to see how things were going but it wasn’t overbearing in the slightest. She some how balanced being caring and available if we needed anything but didn’t hit me up every day so I actually got to enjoy the time at the resort and with our guests.

Overall, I would recommend Heather. She got me in contact with the people I needed to at the resort, she handled all the bookings with the guests and we didn’t have a single issue, she was knowledgeable about the various options when it came to resorts, and she was just an awesome person…super easy to talk to, very communicative and responsive. She made the whole thing so easy for us and I loved it!

Heather was amazing and planned a wonderful trip to the UK for me and my husband. She made the whole travel process so easy for us. We had so much fun on the tours she set up for us and loved our hotel in Scotland! She was also super easy to reach out to for anything we needed during the trip. I don't know why anyone would plan a Disney vacation without using a planner; especially since it's completely free! Heather was the absolute best: got up early to book all of our reservations, took care of little details like stroller rentals and letting us know where to find quick service dining, and even tracked down a shuttle service so we could take our two littles off the resort one day. There was nothing she didn't think of and if she didn't have the answers for us off the top of her head (rarely) she would track them down. We cannot recommend Heather Huber Vacations highly enough and will use her for all our future Disney vacations.

Thank you for your hard work on our anniversary trip to Paris. It was absolutely fabulous in every way. It was a perfect balance of planned activities and free time to roam and explore. The hotel you recommended was so perfect. The location was ideal and I highly recommend it as well. You're right - buying tickets in advance for important activities is the only way to go - but also finding some amazing gems while roaming the streets - true perfection. Picking a favorite is so hard.

It was so wonderful to have an Italian guide who shared so much history throughout! Not only did he talk about the historical sites, but we also learned about the farmland, lifestyles and so much more during our travel from city to city! In one day, we were able to see the Colosseum and the Vatican because of our private bus and the skip-the-line tours that were reserved for us. We could have never done that on our own. Lines were wrapped around every building and most of those sites limit how many people enter each day so tickets are difficult to get. We added days on before and after the tour. Jessica handled EVERY DETAIL (scheduled our hotels, train rides and provided transfers) which would have taken me days to research and plan out. She checked on us throughout our trip to make sure it was everything we had dreamed of. And it was!

Jessica Pratt planned the best vacation for our family! We went to Secrets Maroma Beach Cancun in July 2024. We had never been out of the country before so we had no idea how to plan a trip. She made it so easy because she did EVERYTHING, from the minute we arrived at the airport to leave until we arrived at the airport to come home and even more. She gave us details for the entire week we would be gone! We all know vacations can have bumps in them that cannot be avoided but they can be especially scary when you're out of the country! We had an emergency situation while we were there and Jessica was just a call away and was texting with me throughout the day and even into the night when we made it back to our resort! She held our hand the entire way. Jessica absolutely made our time away amazing even when there were bumps! We will absolutely be using her again!

We just got back from a dream vacation in Hawaii!! We are so thankful to Jessica!! She listened and took into account our families wants and planned according!! We had the perfect mix of super fun activities and relaxing by the pool and beach!! First of all, thank you so much for putting together such a wonderful package for both John and I on our special day. The trip was completely completely amazing from start to finish. All the extra details that you provided for us were absolutely perfect. From the minute that we landed to our transportation to the resort  were phenomenal.

The minute that we arrived at the resort, we were completely amazed at our surroundings in the fabulous views. The staff at the resort from the concierge, the front desk and housekeeping were absolutely amazing and took care of us and all of our needs. The extra details that they put into our stay were phenomenal. The meals at both restaurants were absolutely fantastic. I think we must’ve tried everything on the menu and definitely did indulge the entire time we were there. This resort was an absolute gem of a place and definitely the staff made us feel extra special all the time. I got to enjoy the spa while I was there and it was amazing. The staff at the spa even came around while we were at the pool, relaxing and offered free mini massages and facials.

As far as the wedding- Lorena, the wedding coordinator- did an amazing job and putting together a wonderful photographer, make up artist and hairstylist for myself and our special day. We enjoyed a private dinner on the beach and danced into the evening hours. I definitely would recommend this resort to any of your clients in the future. It was by far the most amazing relaxing experience that we both will definitely want to do again.

Jessica Riediger arranged my last trip. It was tricky involving three states and three different airlines in ten days. The likelihood of glitches was great. There was a slight delay in my flight leaving from OKC but after that, everything went very smoothly. I had a wonderful trip. Jessica was wonderful in arranging all of the details and helping me to understand the best way to navigate the connections etc. I appreciated her highly professional assistance and highly recommend her to anyone planning travel.
