Residency period: 48 hrs. (must include one business day, NOT including holidays); no Sunday weddings

Original country-issued passports or state-issued birth certificates for BOTH bride and groom.

Notarized copies of all court certified final divorce decrees and final judgments with court’s stamp and judge’s signature for BOTH bride and groom, if applicable.

Notarized copy of former spouse’s state-issued death certificate with related notarized marriage certificate, if applicable.

Notarized copy of legal name change or legal adoption documents, if applicable.

Couples must hand carry all original state-issued and/or court certified documents with raised/embossed seals and stamps.

All documents not in English must be accompanied by a Certified Translation.
