Explore its hidden corners along an easy, flat cycling route with frequent stops to stretch, taste, and take a break.
Visit family-owned estates, and indulge in 8 different varieties of wine. Learn about the region's longstanding winemaking traditions and the latest techniques that produce award-winning vintages. You also have an opportunity to sample local delicacies like apricot jam, chocolate, and liqueurs. As you breathe in the fresh air, admire the verdant hills behind in the slow-moving Danube.
You have ample time for an optional lunch and to visit Kuenringer Castle, where Richard Lionheart was held prisoner during the Holy Crusades. You can also stroll in pretty villages, browse souvenir shops, or—during the warm months—go for a swim in the river before you return to Vienna.

The ride is 15 miles (24 km) long and is suitable for all ages. The route is mostly flat, with only a few non-steep uphill sections. Frequent breaks ensure that you don't spend more than 20 non-stop minutes on the bike at a time.,
