Description:

Take to the air high above the rolling verdant countryside of the Loire Valley and take in views of the region’s well-known chateaux. Get unique bird’s-eye views over the impeccably manicured gardens and sprawling estate grounds of some of the valley’s most charming castles.

Departing from the Belleville Heliport near the city of Tours, take part in an important safety briefing before gracefully ascending to the skies above this rural paradise. As you gaze out the large windows of the state-of-the-art helicopter, the countryside below is dotted with prestigious castle estates and your pilot helps you pick out the important landmarks you pass.

Look for the medieval façade of the graceful Grange de Meslay and the sprawling renaissance gardens of Château de Jallanges. Soar over the settlement of Amboise to see the Château d'Amboise as well as the Château du Clos Lucé, the official residence of Leonardo da Vinci before his death in 1519. Circle above the castles with incredible photo opportunities before you return to the heliport.
