Each pint is carefully brewed in house, so you get it straight from the barrel.

Leave the city and head into rolling hills, punctuated by countless rows of vines, to arrive at Flat Rock Cellars. Snap some photos of the picturesque landscape, and savor samples of pinot noir, chardonnay, and riesling.

Down the road, stop off at Vieni, another vineyard crafting unique varietals like grappa, brandy, and a delicious selection of ice wines, made with the Charmat—or Italian method—which maximizes the fruit's flavor.
