Your first stop is the Mount Fuji Visitor’s Center, where you gather information about this iconic mountain and better understand its significance to Japanese culture. Ride towards the 5th Station, located at 7,562 feet (2,305 m) above sea level, and take in the majestic scenery before proceeding to a scheduled lunch break.

Unwind as the crisp mountain air and surrounding verdure refresh you during a cruise of beauteous Lake Ashi. Created during an eruption of the volcano over 3,000 years ago, this lake rests calmly in the shadow of Mount Hakone. Feel swept off your feet by the Hakone Komagatake Ropeway and the unparalleled views it affords.

Know before you book: Children 4 and younger are complimentary when accompanied by a paying adult., In the event that Mount Fuji 5th Station is closed due to bad weather, you will proceed to the highest possible point instead., Fuji Visitor Center will be skipped in the event of closure or if the tour is behind schedule due to traffic conditions., In the event of bad weather, traffic conditions, or seasonal unavailability, Hakone Komagatake Ropeway or the cruise on Lake Ashi may be replaced with Narukawa Art Museum in Hakone, Hakone Check Point, a cruise on Lake Kawaguchi, Lake Kawaguchi Ropeway, Hakone-en Aquarium, Hakone Jinja Shrine, or Hakone Ropeway (Owaku-dani Valley)., Check-in is 15 minutes prior to the booked tour start time., The tour will not be cancelled or refunded even if Mt. Fuji is not fully visible due to weather conditions., The guide may not accompany you on the bus back to Tokyo. In this case, information on how to return to hotels will be provided in advance.
