Description:

Spend 5 exciting days exploreing the natural beauty of Taipei. Relax at the Flying Cow Ranch and charming Sun Moon Lake, enjoy delicious aboriginal cuisine, and try foods at the Fengjia Market. Get to know the processes of pottery and papermaking at the Snake Kiln and Paper Factory.

Day 1
After pickup at your hotel, make your way past the scenic countryside to the quaint Flying Cow Ranch. Here, spend time with the gentle cattle and admire the lush greens. At night, visit the Fengjia Night Market and try anything from ice cream to charbroiled pepper bread before you retire to your hotel.

Day 2
After breakfast, visit one of the largest bodies of water in Taiwan—Sun Moon Lake—and take in the view of the mountains and clear blue waters. Enjoy a delicious aboriginal lunch and opt to take a boat or bicycle around the lake. Upon finishing dinner, retire for the night.

Day 3
Spend the day learning about pottery at the Shuili Snake Kiln which produces charmingly colored pieces. After lunch, at the Paper Factory see production methods from start to finish. Retire to your room after a delicious dinner.

Day 4
Make your way to the Alishan National Scenic Area and soak in the lush mountain greenery snaking along the antique Alishan Forest Railway during your train ride. Then retire at an Alishan resort after dinner.

Day 5
On the way back from Alishan after breakfast, stop by Fenchihu Old Street for a chance to shop and have a local lunch. Your tour ends as you arrive at your Taipei hotel.
