The Highland Games are held throughout the summer to celebrate Scottish culture and heritage. This full-day tour enables you to venture up into the Highlands and see a fascinating spectacle against the backdrop of a verdant landscape. Take part in a unique combination of culture, sport, and social entertainment; put the shot, taste some whiskey, enjoy the sound of bagpipes, and see the twirl of kilts at these historic athletic games.
Each game is uniquely charming. Choose from the various events, including the world famous Braemar Gathering, which is held every year. Known as “The Games,” this event has traditionally been attended by the Royal Family, including Her Majesty the Queen, and has been celebrated since the days of King Malcolm Canmore, more than 900 years ago.
