Beginners, weekend warriors, and hardcore adventurers can enjoy this unique way to explore all that San Diego has to offer by biking down a mountain, kayaking to sea caves, and hiking along ocean-side bluffs.

Your biking adventure begins at the top of Mt. Soledad—with its stunning, 360-degree territorial views of San Diego and the surrounding countryside—and carries you down the mountain through the back streets of historic La Jolla and into Pacific Beach. The exploration continues as you follow the coastline back to downtown La Jolla and the famous La Jolla Cove and Children's Pool beaches, where the sea lions have taken over.

Next, kayak through the La Jolla Ecological Reserve to the sea caves that dot the shore, encountering sea lions, seals, garibaldi, sting rays, bat rays, brown pelicans, cormorants, and maybe a dolphin or two.
You finish off your adventure with a trip to Torrey Pines State Reserve, which provides excellent hiking along the bluffs and possible views of dolphins and whales from ocean-side cliffs.
