Description:

Discover Quito in the most convenient way by touring in the new trolley, the City Explorer. Wander to the capital´s sites of interest at your pace and without missing a detail, hopping on and off the trolley at the 17 available stops.

The tour is ideal for both short and multiday visits. In just 4 hours, the bus takes you to see all of Quito's major sights. If you are dedicating a full day, make sure to jump off at the numerous locations and explore the attractions by foot. Get the 2- or 3-day pass for maximum flexibility, depending on the length of your stay in the Ecuatorian capital.

Hop on at one of the 17 stops and head to the UNESCO World Heritage-listed historic center, where you find some of Quito´s best known landmarks. Walk to the Plaza Grande square and pass by Palacio Cardonelet, the impressive neoclassical government palace. Next, proceed to the 17th-century Iglesia de Compañía, a remarkable baroque temple. Among the other attractions not to be missed are the Universidad San Francisco de Quito, La Basílica church, and El Panecillo viewpoint.

All the available passes include the Quito de Noche night tour, departing daily from 6:30 PM. At an extra cost, you can join the additional route to the Middle of the World monument and observatory, departing from Stop 4 at 2:30 PM Monday through Saturday, and at 9 AM on Sundays.
