Meet your pilot, strap into the seat of a 6-passenger Écureuil helicopter, and take off from Paris’ 15th arrondissement, watching the cobbled lanes and stone buildings shrink away beneath you. Soar over the region west of the city, passing the modern skyscrapers of La Défense, the racetrack at the Hippodrome de Longchamp, and the forests and lawns of the Bois de Boulogne.
