Your attentive crew welcomes you with a Star Signature mai tai, sharing the spirit of Aloha as you enjoy incredible ocean views. After you set sail, a sumptuous buffet is laid out, featuring the mouthwatering aromas of traditional Hawaiian cuisine.
The roast beef buffet dinner includes:
- Carving station of roast beef, with wasabi horseradish and au jus

The custom-built 232-foot (70-m) Star of Honolulu is Hawaii’s largest— and award-winning—1,500-passenger tour vessel with 3 types of stabilizers for smooth sailing in Hawaiian waters.
Enjoy a variety of live entertainment, starting with the STAR’s pier-side welcome hula. During dinner, enjoy the Polynesian Journey show, which features take a breaking Hawaiian music and strolling musicians taking requests. Audience participation and dancing continues until you return to the shore.
