Description:

Enter the kitchen of one of the Caribbean's finest 5-star restaurants and learn skills that are essential in becoming a culinary master. Meet the Executive Chef of Graycliff and prepare a dish from the restaurant's fabulous menu.

Meet Executive Chef Elijah Bowe and his team at the 5-star Graycliff. Don your apron and prepare yourself for a few culinary demonstrations before you and your fellow guests get to work preparing lunch. Then, taking from the restaurant's menu, learn to prepare dishes such as a lobster puff pastry, Bahamian conch chowder, crispy duck with Bahamian citrus sauce, or grouper dijonnaise.

Following your lesson, take a seat in the dining room as the Graycliff's waiters serve the dishes you just prepared. Along with your freshly prepared meal, enjoy a glass of wine from the Graycliff's world-renowned cellars. At the end of your session, leave with copies of all the afternoon's recipes, so you can try them out on your own at home.
