Learn to surf with experienced coaches and catch the gentle waves on this 2-day surfing tour in Torquay. Marvel at the scenic landscape of Bells Beach, practice your newfound surfing skills, and enjoy great shopping at Surf City Plaza.

Day 1
Get a glimpse of the Great Ocean Road's majestic shore as you travel to Torquay, one of the best surfing beaches in the region. Before getting started, join a small group session for a thorough briefing on surfing fundamentals, secrets, safety, and etiquette from your expert instructors.

Next, learn basic surfing skills and wave-riding techniques. Make forehand and backhand turns, practice paddling, and ride waves. Under the guidance of your skilled instructors, move on to transitional turns, speed generation, compressions, extensions, and advanced paddling.

Drive past the famous Bells Beach at the end of an eventful day, and be sure to look out for kangaroos. Once you return to your private cabin, you can rest or choose to visit the nearby Surf World Museum, which celebrates the story of surfing through exhibitions, artifacts, and memorabilia.

Day 2
Start your day early in the morning, hit the ocean after breakfast, and refine your newly acquired moves as you ride the mid-tide waves. Take the opportunity to integrate your instructors' feedback and comments and feel a rush of pride when you surf a big wave, standing up and gliding toward the shore.

After another fun day at the beach, stop at Surf City Plaza for great shopping opportunities, browsing through a variety of local and international stores before heading back to Melbourne.
