Description:
Join Blue Hawaiian Helicopters on a heart-thumping flight deep into the heart of the West Maui Mountains. Knife-sharp ridges, cascading waterfalls like the Wall of Tears, and tropical valleys are just a few highlights before the pilot ends the tour with a scenic flight over the Lahaina coast.
Following a safety briefing, climb into the helicopter, greet your pilot, and take to the clear blue Maui skies. The pilot steers toward the historic Iao Valley for a bird's-eye view of its famous landmark, Iao Needle, before continuing deep into lush valleys only accessible by air.
Next, fly close to a tropical mountainside with 17 waterfalls, commonly referred to the as the Wall of Tears. Razor-sharp ridges, verdant expanses, and rushing rainforest streams all come into view as you journey into this untouched terrain.
From there, leave the mist-covered peaks behind and soar along the coastal beaches of Kapalua and Lahaina. To your right, Molokai Island stands in the distance as you rapidly approach the old whaling town of Lahaina. Enjoy a different perspective of this historic spot before your pilot takes you back to the heliport.
