Know before you book: Children 2 and younger are complimentary., Children under 11 years of age must travel with a parent or guardian who is at least 15 years or above to travel on cable cars., Airport Express Travel Pass is valid for use on Airport Express that runs from 6 AM to 12:30 AM., 1-day MTR pass: Your 1 day begins on the recorded entry time of your first MTR transit journey and lasts for 24 hours (plus any additional hours) up until the end of the train service on that day., Ngong Ping cable car operation is subject to weather conditions. If the cable car is not operating due to poor weather, you will be given the option of going on with the tour on an alternative date., In order to redeem your voucher, you must present a valid passport or government-issued photo ID that matches the contact name you used when booking. If you do not present a valid form of identification, you will not receive admission, and you will not be issued a refund., Ngong Ping 360's hours of operation are 10 AM–6 PM on weekdays and 9 AM–6:30 PM on weekends.
