Description:

The coast of Ni'ihau and its charming, warm tropical waters offer some of the best snorkeling in Kauai. Come aboard Holo Holo, a 65-foot (19.8-m) power catamaran, take to the seas, and sit back and enjoy the stunning vistas of the Kauai coast.

The Na Pali coastline is filled with lush valleys, waterfalls, and sea caves. During the winter season, keep your eyes peeled and try to catch a glimpse of the majestic humpback whale traveling down from the chilly waters of Alaska.

The island of Ni'ihau lies just across the channel. Ni'ihau is nicknamed the “Forbidden Island” because of its private ownership and restrictive access. The crew will set you up with your snorkeling gear and instructions before you jump into the aquatic world to explore the marine life and colorful coral below.

After snorkeling, enjoy a gourmet deli-style meal with pasta and an assortment of fresh fruits. Bask in the warm Hawaiian sun or take relief in the shaded cabin equipped with tables and chairs for you to take a break in comfort. Listen to stories of the native people and history of Niihau, including how the island came to be what it is today.
