Meet your host in a central location and make your way to the private kitchen, where your professional chef instructor introduces you to the utensils, equipment, and ingredients at your disposal. All ingredients, from fresh produce to creamy cheeses and flavorful seasonings, are sourced locally—the Tuscan region is known for its culinary bounty, so you can rest assured knowing that you're working with the best ingredients that Italy has to offer.

Slice crusty bread into crostini and chop, mix, and season your bruschetta toppings. Plate up an assortment of savory antipasto before learning the skills behind making Tuscan pici, a thick, hand-rolled pasta dish. Knead the dough and roll out your own wide spaghetti noodles before giving them a quick dip in boiling water and tossing them in a tasty pasta sauce.
