Description:

Cruise through turquoise waters from Simpson Bay to Marigot and enjoy a delicious French dinner at a local waterfront bistro. Along the way, see the gleaming hulls of luxury cruisers, the colorful exteriors of sprawling estates, and the lush green hills of this charming coastline.

Hop on board the wide deck of Calypso and cruise through the Simpson Bay Lagoon. Admire the various vessels in the marinas, from tiny sail boats to mega yachts. Coast past charming homes in the lowlands as you enter a narrow channel that takes you into the boat-studded Bay of Marigot. The capital of the French side of Saint Martin, Marigot is home to sidewalk bistros, gingerbread houses and open-air markets.

Your captain pulls alongside one of these bistros—La Petite Auberge—where you disembark for a 3-course dinner featuring local ingredients prepared with French techniques. As you dine, bask in the ambiance of the Port La Royale Marina as the harbor lights flicker in the water. After dinner, board the Calypso for your voyage back to Simpson Bay and a new look at the coastline by night.
