Live in the moment as you take in the views of New Zealand's South Island coast from the back seat of a Harley Davidson motorbike. See the great sights as you ride along the Pacific Ocean. Complete this unique adventure with a helicopter whale-watching tour.

Begin your journey out of Christchurch along Highway 1 where you pass the Canterbury Plains and the Waipara Valley wine region. Head toward Hunder Lees Pass and continue for 12 miles (20 km) along the Pacific Ocean to Kaikoura, the seafood capital of New Zealand.

Upon arrival in Kaikoura, hop on a helicopter (weather permitting) and tour the Pacific Ocean for a whale-watching adventure. Upon returning to the ground, grab a seafood lunch and make your way back to Christchurch. Take an inland scenic route that passes the Mount Lyford ski village and continues back through the Canterbury plains to Christchurch.
