Your day starts with a guided tour of the ancient Mayan town of Tulum, meaning “wall” in English. Known as the only Mayan settlement built by the sea, the fortress was regarded as an important trading hub for the Mayan Empire. Follow your guide through the ruins, and learn more about this fascinating civilization. As you reach the edge of the cliffs, be amazed by the panoramic views of beaches, the turquoise Caribbean, and an ancient Mayan temple.

Prepare for an exciting expedition as you head to the Tankah Eco-Adventure Park, encompassing 4 distinct cenotes that are part of world’s largest underground river system. Hop in a canoe, and paddle your way across one of the region's largest lagoons. Fly back on the thrilling zipline to complete the adventurous portion of your journey. Then, take time to take a break, or go for a refreshing swim in the cool, freshwater cenotes located within the park.

The first pond, Cenote Cueva, is tucked deep in the jungle and is accessible through a natural trail. Cenote Piraña is semi-covered, which means you can swim while enjoying the warmth of the Caribbean sun.

Indulge in a traditional buffet lunch that features handmade tortillas, traditional Yucatecan pibil chicken, and guacamole, before moving on to an authentic Mayan village.
