Description:

Surf through the air on a Flyboard—a curious contraption that combines the power of a jet ski with the platform of a skateboard. With no experience necessary, this is the perfect activity for thrill seekers and aquatic adventurers who want to have a unique experience in Cancun's azure waters.

Each ride begins with a brief lesson from trained instructors with hundreds of hours of experience. Learn how the Flyboard works and get a few tips for maintaining your balance, changing direction, and performing tricks like swooping turns and dizzying spins. When you're ready, put on a helmet, strap on a lifevest, and buckle into the snowboard-style bindings that keep your feet attached to this feat of modern engineering.

Get into the water and signal to your guide to increase the throttle, forcing 2 massive streams of water to shoot from underneath your foot. Rise up to heights of 30 feet (9 m) and hover weightless in the air. As you get more comfortable with the sensation of flying, experiment with a few steady turns before you move on to more advanced maneuvers, like corkscrews and maybe even flips!
