Discover the extraordinary beauty of Tropical North Queensland’s World Heritage-listed rainforests. Nestled in the lush forest are Josephine Falls, Mamu Tropical Skywalk, and the distinctive Paronella Park. Along the way, get a chance to spot wallabies, swim in the falls, and admire sweeping views.
Board a bus to embark on a journey through tall grass-like fields of sugar cane and head to the pristine Josephine Falls. Take a refreshing dip in the tiered cascade waterfalls or walk over the granite boulders, simply enjoying the serenity.
From the floors of the lush rainforest, make your way up to the tree top canopy of Mamu Tropical Skywalk. Rain or shine, the beauty of the Wooroonooran National Park from the elevated walkways gives you spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes. Next, stop at the charming Paronella Park and admire the opulence of the Spanish Castle between the enchanted gardens.
As the sun sets over the 12 acres (5 ha) and birds begin to nest for the night, watch the flood lights turn on and transform the castle and parklands. Walk through the grounds, gaze up at the stars, and be prepared to spot some of the park's nocturnal animals. At the end of your tour, your guide takes you back to Cairns where you can enjoy the rest of your evening.
