Description:

A perfect combination of sightseeing and take a breakation—tour Budapest by bus then take a break at one of its famous baths. Learn about Hungarian history and see the city’s most spectacular sights. After visiting the Citadella, stop at the Géllert Thermal Bath for 2 hours of bliss in the natural thermal waters.

Budapest is one of Europe’s most charming capitals and famous for its natural thermal springs. Start on a 3-hour bus tour of the city from the medieval Castle District. See the Buda Castle, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and admire its baroque style while hearing about its history, which dates back to 1265 AD. Make your way to the Citadella and pass the opera, Andrássay Avenue, and the third largest Parliament Building in the world. Optional visits to the interior of Matthias Church and the Fishermen’s Bastion are available.

It is then time to head to the Hotel Gellért. Explore its charming interiors, admire the main hall with its gallery and Art Nouveau glass roof, and unravel in its 2 thermal baths, which are decorated with mosaic tiles and contain water from Gellért Hill’s mineral hot springs.

Let off your stress in the sauna and take a break your shoulders under the warm water of a plunge pool (both separated by gender).
