Spend the day traveling through the breathtaking Adelaide Hills to the world-renowned Barossa Valley. See natural sights like the Torrens Gorge, taste fine wines at local wineries, and take in the scenery and quaint charm of the tiny town of Tanunda.

Meet your small group in central Adelaide and hop on a coach to ride out toward the exquisite wineries of South Australia. Your guide knows the region like the back of their hand, and tailors your stops to the interests of your group. Time permitting, pop into a local bakery to pick up some German pastries—a vestige of the region's first European settlers.

Pass over Jacobs Creek before your first stops at small cellars like Rockfords or Charlie Melton, rustic wineries with immediate charm. Settle in for winetastings and an opportunity to chat with the winemakers before a take a breaking stroll through the village of Tanunda.

Wind up to the top of Menglers Hill for a stunning view over the valley, and then head into Angaston to scope out locally made cheeses and dried fruits. At midday, head toward Vintners Bar & Grill, where you enjoy a delicious al fresco lunch among the vines. The afternoon continues with a visit to the Maggie Beer Farm shop, a must-do for all food lovers.
