Debbie was absolutely great to work with! 🌟 I told her I wanted to go somewhere all-inclusive that was nice, had good food, plenty to do, and would be a fun place for my family — including my three adult children. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 She narrowed it down to three perfect choices, and we ended up choosing Hard Rock Cancun. 🎸🌴 Debbie told me she would never send me anywhere she wouldn’t go herself, and I really appreciated that level of honesty.She also helped me secure a great set of adjoining rooms. 🔑 I wanted my kids to have their own space but still be connected to us, and it worked out perfectly. We just got back from our 6 day trip to Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana.Debbie helped us to plan everything and she was outstanding!  She was always available for every question or adjustment we needed even after the booking was confirmed. She suggested that we upgrade and book “preferred” and we are so glad that we did. With our preferred status, we had a personal butler.  He was wonderful. If Debbie didn’t have an immediate answer, she did all she could to research and found out all she could for us. She helped us to meet all of our wants and made sure that we stayed within our budget. Debbie is so personal, outgoing and kind. Looking for travel agents via social media this day and age is and was very daunting. Afraid of scams or not receiving the best quality of assistance when looking for my dream vacation. However, Debbie is something more than I could have ever thought to ask for. From the beginning she was detailed oriented in providing room options/packages, responded to all my questions in a timely manner, arranged transportation, and managed all extracurricular activities on the island! Despite our hiccup with our flight being delayed to return home, Debbie remained in contact throughout and assisted us with receiving a partial refund of paid expenses during the disruption.
