Family Summer trip

Our family of 6 review of Planet Hollywood Cancun and Kat Church!

We absolutely loved working with Kat! I sent her a request with a request for a family trip with teenagers and grade school kids. When she sent us a few options we decided planet Hollywood was the best mix of activities that suit us all, without being a massive resort. She was amazing with communication and made sure we had everything we needed including making sure our flights weren’t affected by the government shutdown. Our transportation to and from the airport was smooth and easy to navigate.

The Planet Hollywood resort was everything we wanted and more. I was worried after reading sketchy reviews but found that those were so far from the truth. The resort is beautiful, the beach is stunning, and the food was nothing short of fantastic everywhere we went. (Especially for all inclusive) the staff were all exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and eager to help us with anything we needed. I could not have asked for a better vacation for our family.

Bachelorette Party

The trip was amazing! We had the best time celebrating the bachelorette at Live Aqua in Cancún! It was such a fun and relaxing girls’ trip, seriously just what we needed.The resort was gorgeous and the staff were super sweet, the dinners were sooo good (huge thanks for helping us get those booked ahead of time), and the pool and beach were absolutely stunning. We were obsessed with the cabanas, and the spa day. And the Sunset catamaran, you helped us book.Literally no complaints at all. Everything was perfect.
